Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed during peak periods, promotions, or holidays may experience slight delays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship from two fulfillment locations depending on product availability:

  • United States

  • Ghana

Shipping origin will be determined automatically at checkout based on inventory and destination.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery destination

  • package weight

  • shipping origin (US or Ghana)

Our products are available in 100g, 200g, and 250g sizes, and shipping costs will increase accordingly based on total order weight.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

United States (Domestic Shipping):

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International Shipping (Including Ghana → International):

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Please note: international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays beyond our control.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • not included in your purchase price

  • the responsibility of the customer

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.


Heat & Product Care During Shipping

Our whipped shea butter is made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt during transit, especially in warm climates.

This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
If melting occurs, simply allow the product to sit at room temperature or place it in a cool area to re-solidify.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • delivery delays

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages

  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
