All Sales Are Final on Whipped Shea Butter
Due to the personal care nature of our whipped shea butter products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on whipped shea butter once it has been delivered. Products that have been opened, touched, or used cannot be resold.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on whipped shea butter products.
If there is an issue with your order due to damage or error on our part, please contact us, and we will resolve it accordingly.
European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition.
Once a personal care product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return under EU regulations due to hygiene and safety exceptions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (for eligible damaged or incorrect orders only) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
